At the very end of 2020 after releasing two singles this album was put together in around 14 days while I was learning to use Ableton.  My first ever attempt at putting different layers of music together with software, the songs here are mainly themed around the process we as a family underwent as we left our home country and started a new life in Europe.

What started mainly as solo piano songs soon transformed into more complicated arrangements while at the same time trying to make sense of mixing and mastering and the technicalities of producing digital music on a computer.

​

The result is somewhat surprising and downright melancholic at times.
